Batik on Paper

You will learn traditional and contemporary techniques about different types of paper.

You will start applying the wax with stamps, brushes and the traditional Indonesian instrument, the canting. Once overcome this stage, you will apply the color, to end with the dewaxing process.

Different types of new and recycled papers will be used.

It is an entry-level workshop, which lasts for a total of 6 hours divided into two sessions, 3 hours per session.

Maximum 4 alumnis, per class.

The day and time are to be agreed.

It includes all the materials, coffee and goodies to nibble on while you work.
